These rules are subject to change. Always check this website before your visit, for any updates on the rules, etc.

-- Before booking your reservation, make sure that one of Roy's descendants will be with your group during your stay.
-- Please be aware that the majority of homeowners in this building live here year-round. Please be courteous and respectful when entering and exiting the building and keep noise to a minimum in common areas.  There is a noise ordinance.  Violations will result in a fine of $75.
-- No Smoking or alcoholic beverage consumption will be tolerated.
-- We also have a strict "NO PETS" policy... no exceptions.
-- The occupying group is responsible for cleaning and for any damages in the Condo while you are there.
-- Wash all sand off feet, legs, swimsuits, boogie boards and beach toys before entering the building. There is a foot wash and shower at the top of the exterior concrete stairs that go down to the beach. Your gate key will open the access door.
-- Do not hang beach towels or laundry from the balcony. Please use either the portable drying rack (stored in the laundry room) or the dryer.

-- When using a BBQ on the deck, be sure you use a grease catcher and put newspapers or cardboard under the barbecue in case there are drips. Let's keep the newly sealed deck clean!
