CLEANING CHECKLIST

OVERALL
LINENS - Wash, dry, and remake beds. You can either make the beds with the same sheets, or if your travel schedule prohibits this, you can wash your linens, leave them running in the dryer, and make up the beds with other available clean linens. Also, don't forget to launder towels (bath, beach and kitchen) and washcloths.
RUGS
- It's tricky to shake rugs on the 4th floor. The best place I've found is down the hall, where it opens to the outdoors. You can shake them where there are trees and plants below.
TRASH - Empty all trash in condo. Replace the bag in the kitchen trash compactor. Replacement trash bags are found in the cupboard to the left of the trash compactor.
CLEANING SUPPLIES - In order to consolidate the cleaning supplies and make it easier to keep little ones out of them, there are cleaning supplies on the top shelf at the end of the pantry and in the laundry room.
ABRASIVES - As a general rule, don't use abrasive cleansers or abrasive scrubbers in your cleaning. It is very important you do not use Comet or other abrasive cleansers on the fiberglass tub in the Pink Suite Bathroom, on the stove-top, on the marble counter-tops or on the tile floors. For the stainless steel surfaces in the kitchen, just do the best you can by wiping them with a damp towel (no cleaners, please... even if you can still see smudges).
